Ordering takes three simple steps:

1. SUBMIT the form to us.

2. RECEIVE a PayPal invoice, via email, from us. The invoice will contain pricing and shipping cost. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay. We process credit cards through PayPal's secure online system.

3. PAY the invoice and we ship the order.
